When you browse the website

This website has no registration or contact form of its own. The free trial button takes you to app.bouw365.nl. Fonts and images are loaded from the same website and no advertising trackers are used.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver and secure the website, Cloudflare may process technical request data, such as your IP address, the time of a request and your browser type. Necessary cookies may be used for this. In addition, your browser remembers that you closed the ‘In development’ notice (session storage, which disappears when you close the tab) and the choice you made in the cookie notice (your browser’s local storage, not a cookie). This storage is needed to respect your choice and is not sent to us or third parties.

Cookies and statistics (Google Analytics)

This website uses Google Analytics to measure how the website is visited, for example which pages are viewed and on which device. Google Analytics is only loaded, and analytics cookies are only placed, if you give consent through the cookie notice. Without consent, no data is sent to Google.

If you give consent, Google may set cookies and process data such as your IP address, device and browser details and the pages you visit. We use this data only to see how the website is used and to improve it. The legal basis is your consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via ‘Cookie settings’ at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing does not affect processing that took place earlier with your consent.

When you contact us

You can contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp. The WhatsApp button on this website opens WhatsApp with a prefilled message to +31 6 83 86 78 51. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself. We then receive your phone number, your name as shown in WhatsApp and the content of your message. WhatsApp (Meta) processes data in that case under its own terms.

We use this information to answer your question and handle the correspondence, based on our legitimate interest in answering questions from (prospective) customers. Only include information needed for your question.

Registration and use of the app

Registration takes place at app.bouw365.nl. Account details, company details and information from your administration may be processed there. This website explanation is not a complete privacy notice for the platform. Ask Bouw365 for the information applicable to your account if you have questions.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. Data may be processed by service providers we use for this website: Cloudflare (hosting), Google (statistics), WhatsApp/Meta (if you contact us through WhatsApp) and our email service. Some of these parties may process data outside the European Economic Area. They apply their own safeguards for this, such as standard contractual clauses or a recognised transfer mechanism.

How long we keep data

We keep emails and WhatsApp messages no longer than needed to handle your question and, if you become a customer, for as long as the customer relationship and statutory retention periods require. Data processed by Cloudflare and Google is subject to their own retention periods and terms.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data. Depending on the processing, you may also object, request restrictions or request data portability. Email info@bouw365.nl to do so; we respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the supervisory authority in the country where you live.
